Article 1 : General points

Web Printing International offers an image and document printing service on its websites http://www.ooprint.com & http://www.ooprint.co.uk. These sites and the services they provide are the exclusive property of Web Printing International.

Article 2 : Application

The present terms & conditions regulate the transactions carried out on the Web Printing International websites by the user (hereinafter referred to as the customer). These Terms & Conditions are accepted by the customer from the moment he/she registers on the site. The interactions between Web Printing International and the customer are regulated solely by these Terms & Conditions.

Article 3 : Content of orders

Web Printing International accepts no liability for consequences arising from the content of the documents ordered or saved on the site or regarding their creative or graphic quality.

Article 4 : Quality Commitment

The colors displayed may vary depending on the computer screen. In some cases, the customer may notice a slight difference between the colors on the printed product and the colors displayed on the computer screen. Web Printing International cannot be held liable for these differences. However, Web Printing International commits itself to the quality of the printed articles by using the latest and finest printing technologies.

Article 5 : Confidentiality commitment

All steps of the order process - payment, manufacturing, dispatching - are carried out under the highest conditions of security. All employees of Web Printing International have signed a contract binding them to confidentiality and discretion. Web Printing International binds itself not to divulge any of its customers' documents for any purpose, unless stipulated by the customer.

Article 6 : The customer's order

The print preview made available to the customer when submitting his/her order is the final proof. Before validating the order, the customer commits him/herself to the number of copies ordered, the format, the printing method, and the finish required. When he/she orders from ooprint.com or ooprint.co.uk, he/she accepts the price applied to the items, the mode of payments and the delivery conditions. Web Printing International accepts no liability for and cannot be blamed for any errors, omissions, or spelling mistakes in the document created by the customer.

Article 7 : Responsabilities of the customer

• The customer is solely responsible for the content added to his/her customized products. He/She is likewise fully responsible for the transferred files and their content.
• The customer declares that he/she holds all intellectual property rights and possesses the authorization necessary for inserting logos, photos, illustrations, press articles or any other item likely to be protected by copyright.
• The customer likewise declares that the documents ordered are not counterfeits or forgeries that could harm any person or legal entity.

Article 8 : Prices and terms of payment

The prices on www.ooprint.com and www.ooprint.co.uk are indicated including taxes, and the customer must pay the full price including taxes according to the laws in force. Web Printing International reserves the right to change its prices at any moment. The prices applied to an order are those valid on the day of the order and not on the delivery date. Should there be a price change taking effect on the delivery date, the customer shall have no right to a retroactive reduction. The order is valid for processing from the moment that the mode of payment is validated:
• Credit card (secure payment). The customer must enter the number of his/her card and its expiration date when ordering online.
In the case of promotional offers, such as that of 100 Free business cards, the offer is limited to one order per shopping cart. Web Printing International reserves the right to only process one article in the case of an order involving more than one promotional/free product.

Article 9 : Maintenance of sites

Web Printing International shall strive to keep its sites accessible 24/7, but it is under no obligation to do so. Hence, Web Printing International can interrupt access to them, especially for maintenance and upgrading purposes. Access may also be interrupted for other reasons, including technical ones. Web Printing International cannot be held liable for difficulties that may arise for the customer or any third parties as a result of these interruptions.

Article 10 : Delivery

The customer indicates the delivery address when submitting an order online. When the product is delivered the customer shall verify that it complies with his/her order. Should the customer have a complaint, he/she should contact the customer service of Web Printing International within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Web Printing International cannot be held liable for an incorrect delivery address or delivery information, transport strikes or any other reason that can be regarded as out of the control of Web Printing International.

Article 11 : Access to electronic data

In application of the law on Access to Electronic Data of January 6, 1978, the customer can access any data concerning him/herself, request their rectification or require that his/her data be removed from our database by sending us an email message to that effect.

Article 12 : Compensation

The customer agrees to compensate Web Printing International, its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies and its managers and employees for any request or claim, including lawyer's fees, submitted by a third party and arising out of the use the service by the customer in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Article 13 : Intellectual property

The Aventers, ooprint, and WPI brand names are the exclusive property of Web Printing International.
The graphics, images and cards presented on www.ooprint.com and www.ooprint.co.uk are the exclusive property of Web Printing International. It is strictly forbidden to use or reproduce them, except in the context of the purchase of an ooprint product, whereby Web Printing International concedes a non-exclusive license to use the product.
